Consider adding support for linux / aarch64

I believe some time earlier this year GitHub released free runner support for linux / aarch64 (arm) for public repositories. It would be great if there could be builds of lib3mf for this platform as it is fairly widely used by e.g. Raspberry Pi devices. This is available via the runners ubuntu-24.04-arm and ubuntu-22.04-arm.

If there is interest for this I would be happy to open a PR to add this build here (and any necessary changes in lib3mf-python).

Update, I have published wheels for linux-aarch64 for lib3mf at my pypi page called py-lib3mf

@jdegenstein Because of ACT, we need to build everything for these platforms. It cannot be Python only. I have no doubt that lib3mf will compile without issues on aarch64 as it compilers without issues on mac anyway. Will definitely consider this during next release. Right now, I am trying to get boolean extension in.
