[bug] Can't edit agent name

Regression: the agent name can no longer be edited.

The current UI appears to highlight the agent name, but editing does not work.

This happens when an agent is created for the first time.

After refreshing the page or navigating back to the playground, editing the agent name works again.

This regression was most likely introduced by PR #5202 "Rename agents and chat sessions" [1], which was merged on July 12. That PR significantly refactored the EditAppModal — expanding it from a simple name input dialog into a multi-field details view — and introduced new shared infrastructure (useRenameApp hook, AgentNameInline component, etc.).

The symptom you describe (name appears highlighted/selected but editing doesn't work) points to a few probable causes in that PR:

• Input binding issue in the new EditAppModal: The refactored modal now manages name, description, saving, and nameError states. A broken value/onChange binding or an accidental readOnly/disabled prop on the name Input would cause exactly this behavior — the field visually selects text but doesn't accept changes.
• useRenameApp hook blocking input: The new shared hook performs duplicate-name validation. If it's interfering with the controlled component's onChange, input would appear frozen.
• Focus management conflict: With both inline editing (AgentNameInline in the playground header) and the modal now sharing the same rename hook, focus or state conflicts could prevent the modal input from being truly editable.

There's also a related fix already in flight — PR #5330 "Refresh workflow name after rename" [2] addresses cache invalidation issues in the same rename system, confirming there are ongoing state synchronization problems with the new implementation.
