CCOMerged is missing some new content

I noticed that in the 2.1 release, some of the content updates are missing from the Common Core Ontologies Merged File.

In particular, the recent content refactoring around Sensor (Sensor, Sensor Platform, Sensor Role, Sensing Process, etc) is not reflected in CCO-merged. I didn't check if anything else was missing.

Yessir, this is correct. Updates for merged should be built from the modules but it doesn't seem like they took.

@shanmukhkalasamudram, can you look into this? It's a high priority; many users just pull down merged.

@shanmukhkalasamudram can you remove the familial relation extension? It shouldn't be part of the merged file. That should only contain the 11 module files.

This is to be resolved as part of the 2.2 release, so marking it for 3.0 as a prerequisite.
