Panorama recentering after moving on non-looping maps should be done on both axises if the panorama is not moving #3572

On a non-looping map, set a panorama to be moving at a valid speed in the direction of your choice (horizontal, vertical or both), then, set the panorama again, but without loop and without speed. If you attempt to move in any direction on RPG_RT, the panorama should be fully recentered, while currently EasyRPG only recenters the axis on which you move.
