The "Roll out gradually" quest currently links straight to the feature's segment overrides tab. This drops users into the UI without explaining the process, and gradual rollout today requires several manual steps.
Replace it with a dedicated quest screen that combines:
- Educational guide: how to roll out gradually today (create a segment with a percentage split rule, override the flag for that segment, increase the percentage over time). Link to the gradual rollout docs.
- Fake door for improvements: a "coming soon" block about making gradual rollouts one-click, with a notify-me CTA to gauge demand.
