Directory of execution

Where should the jobs be executed by default for the different hosts ?
LocalHost => current working directory ?
RemoteHost => root_dir ? or you should be forced to give a path in that case ?

For the remote host, it might be worth making the default something like ~/qtoolkit (and if that directory isn't present, make the directory first).
