Add 'starting up' progress indicator before token check

From docs/ROADMAP.md User Notes:

I would like to add a sort of thing that shows the program is working for the price look up script. Specifically in the very beginning because it looks like nothing is happening. This is after I hit enter and before the token check.

Note: original wording says "price look up script" which doesn't match an EAT entry point — likely a leftover from when EAT and SAAPPR shared a roadmap. Treat as: "add a startup-progress message between enter-press and the first token-check call in run_trades.py" until clarified.
