Error On Launch via Powershell

As the screenshot shows, I get an error when launching the GWSL executable from Powershell. I'm not sure how to correct this issue. I built from source via this repo.

I'm getting the same error. I thought maybe it was an undeclared dependency that could be solved with pip install animator and then a rebuild, but that still didn't work.
