Build into a Matrix AppServer and stage dedicated Homeserver

So that we can associate with a homeserver and create bot identities on the fly.

Actually pretty simple, as we just need to add the matrix-appserver node module and listen for client probes, but requires a homeserver staging somewhere so lets leave for now.
