It would be handy to know when all my players have rolled initiative.

It would be sufficient to displaying the number of entries in the initiative list somewhere.
Perhaps a summary in the title: "Initiative (4)"; or a summary in the status bar: "Initiative (4), Round X, Token: Juicy Elf"
