right now, the program is highly dependent on the arp-scan command, i would like to see a native implementation for our use case
- being dependent on
arp-scan isnt optimal for configuration and portability.
- it could be a fun challenge, since a partial implementation of ARP is needed!
- could be implemented either in C or C++.
