Sharing pane - redesign

First: We need to check if the new design has all the features we need.

Beware this is a very dangerous pane.
Mostly a helper that may not render all WAC.

Not sure It can work with save cancel pane button due to the nature of WAC spec

The purpose of the pane is

• limited access by WebID with Control
• access by Authorization combinaison not by Actor type (agent, group, everybody ...)
• validate WAC on any changes. This is not only a turtle validation

WAC spec is evolving to inclure include/exclude Authority like time period, app ID ...

It may be better to create a full new pane
and keep the old logic one with only some CSS.

I was wondering about this pane. I left it alone when doing mobile because the pane is basically all solid-ui and the style is tightly coupled with the inline styles. Here is the main function, but this uses quite a bit of other code also in solid-ui. All under the acl directory here

Perhaps I should come up with a plan first of what will need to be rewritten and what we can just reuse. Should we move all the code we will change to solid-panes in a new file then? Or perhaps we can just move the current sharing Pane to a legacy folder...
