3.3.0-1 reboot back to recovery after every password enter

When trying to boot 3.3.0-1 its asks for password then I insert the correct password and its just reboots back to ask for password (so I have no idea how to save logs for that)

just tried https://forum.xda-developers.com/oneplus-5/development/recovery-twrp-3-2-1-0-oreo-oxygenos-5-0-t3725723 and it works, do you know whats the difference? @codeworkx
