@ert78gb could you please add a code into Agent that checks for this inconsistency and corrects it automatically when it is encountered?

See the base layer. It contains the "id" 0 (I assume it is a module id) twice. The second (empty) overwrites the first one, and as a result the keyboard seemingly doesn't work.

@yoyoyo21 please download the https://github.com/user-attachments/files/22574297/UserConfig_yoyo_fixed.json, and import it via Agent. I believe it should work fine and solve all your troubles. Let us know if I am wrong ;-).

The ticket is actually about fixing it for other users.

Could you give me a hint how to reproduce the issue?
What was the version of Agent before the upgrade / error? What was the new version?
Did the error (keyboard not responding) occurred immediately after the firmware upgrade or did you modify the user config? If modified then what was the modification?
Did you used any 3rd party tool or manually edited the user config any time in the history?
Would be very useful if you find in the user config history which is the latest user configuration that works with latest firmware.

Please share every information as you can remember. It would be very useful for us. The latest Agent version was released 2.5 months ago and no one reported same issue so it should be an exotic bug.

I apologize for the confusion and the somewhat complicated situation.
The config file seems to be working, as I successfully imported the configuration file you created for me.
I have now upgraded to ver 15.2, and I am no longer getting any errors.

The only remaining issue is that the Left Cluster Module cannot be loaded. I've tried forcefully re-seating it, applying contact cleaner spray, and rebooting, all without success. I have also visually inspected the metal contacts and confirmed they show no corrosion or damage. I had never experienced a similar issue until this current set of troubles began.

Other Information Shared

The Agent software version is 8.0.0, both before and after the issue started.

The errors initially occurred after a firmware update. (I don't recall the original version, perhaps ver12 or ver14? The version after the update was 15.0.1, labeled as "bundled with Agent").

I did not make any configuration changes or add any macros at the time of the firmware update.

Regarding third-party tools (assuming you mean software): I may have used some in the past, but I have confirmed that no related software is currently installed.

I have never manually edited user settings (i.e., I have never directly modified the code; all edits were made through the Agent interface).
