'npm nstall' not working on Windows #54

Just running npm install which is taking too long and just nothing happens
That is what I've got after about 20 minutes:

npm ERR! addLocal Could not install d:\issue-zero\dist
cloneCurrentTree -> netwo - |###############--------------------------------------------------------------------------|
