Can i integrate cloud9 ace editor separately

Is there any documentation for integrating cloud9 ace editor in to an external application with out the left sidebar and preview part. So that i can have new features in to my ace editor application. Multi line search and replace regex functionality is missing in https://ace.c9.io/, it is working properly in cloud9. https://github.com/c9/core/tree/master/plugins/c9.ide.find.replace
