The import pane does not have "simple" or "advanced" settings tabs
It does provide a text box where parameters can be entered, but this is not as simple as providing standard widgets to set the import parameters.
NB the expert_level in PHIL is not particularly useful here. Many of the useful parameters that should be available in the simple parameter input, like fast_slow_beam_centre, are in the geometry scope, which all has expert_level = 2
