dead link to nginx config

At the bottom of the README, there is a link to an NGINX configuration file. The link is dead. Is this file elsewhere, or gone?

@cndreisbach Do you know why you deleted nginx.conf when you changed vagrant to use puppet? Was it inadvertent?

It wasn't needed anymore. If I remember correctly, puppet made it
unnecessary.

Thanks @cndreisbach . So it's not useful for vagrant, but it'd still be useful as a resource for anyone who wasn't using vagrant and/or puppet, as a guide for how to run qu behind nginx. I'll put it back.
