Adjust Action Interface for Specific Flow Execution

Actions need to be able to send Aquila specific FlowID's for exact Flow executions.

Therefore Actions need more Informations about a Flow (e.g. FlowSettings for REST-Action) & be able to send flow_ids to Aquila

Actions also need information about their projects
