Cleaned diffs contained only: comment/doc-comment rewrites, copyright-year bumps, version #define bumps, internal/platform macros, Swift sendability macros, header-audit pragmas, extern "C"/include reordering, and new empty/boilerplate-only headers. Left actionable (real or modified public API): availability/deprecation changes (AVRouting, MetricKit, QuartzCore, DeviceDiscoveryExtension, AVKit-macOS) and ExposureNotification (framework-wide API_AVAILABLE -> API_DEPRECATED via macro).
