• Create a new Vue.js component in the DateTimePicker.vue file.
• Import the necessary Vue.js mixins from the packages/veui/mixins/ directory. These mixins include prefix, ui, input, dropdown, useControllable, and i18n.
• Import the necessary veui components from the packages/veui/components/ directory. These components include Button, Overlay, Input, Calendar, and Icon.
• Import the necessary utility functions from the packages/veui/utils/ directory. These functions include range, padStart, isEqual, includes, get, times, constant, startOf, toDateData, lt, and add.
• Define the template for the DateTimePicker component. The template should include an Input component for the date and time input, a Button component for clearing the input, an Overlay component for the dropdown calendar and time selection, and a Calendar component for the date selection.
• Define the script for the DateTimePicker component. The script should include the data, computed properties, methods, and lifecycle hooks necessary for the DateTimePicker functionality. The data should include the date and time value, the state of the dropdown, and any other necessary state. The computed properties should include any derived state. The methods should include handlers for input changes, dropdown open and close, date and time selection, and any other necessary actions. The lifecycle hooks should include any necessary setup and cleanup.
• Define the styles for the DateTimePicker component. The styles should follow the veui style guidelines and match the styles of the DatePicker and TimePicker components.

Thank you for your contribution. However, there are a few changes that need to be made before this PR is ready:

• In the DateTimePicker.vue file, the methods formatDateTime, parseDateTime, and handleDropdownChange are currently empty. These methods are crucial for the functionality of the DateTimePicker component. Please implement these methods. You can find these methods in the methods section of the DateTimePicker component.

• Also in the DateTimePicker.vue file, the styles for the DateTimePicker component are not defined. Please add the necessary styles in the style section of the file.

Once these changes are made, the PR should be ready for another review. If you need any help, feel free to ask.
