feature request: custom relesae-comments

**Is your feature request related to a problem?
It's not a problem, however it would be great, if you would be able to change the release-comment.
Additionally, if users are able to change it, the release-pipeline would look way more personal.
Describe the solution you'd like
So, my idea would be to set a config flag (for an example: release-comment(-footer / header) ) Then this will be used instead of this:
🤖 Created releases:

🌻
Describe alternatives you've considered
I have not considered any alternatives.

Sounds great to me... I would like to remove/change the 🤖 Created releases: 🌻 comment too after releasing a new version
