[FEATURE] Make it run on windows

Summary

I'm deliberately not supporting windows due to maintenance burden and effort making it working with windows.

But I was thinking that not all features need to work on windows - for example computer use could be opt-out from windows and a nice warning message could be shown to the user who is trying computer use.

It's still valuable to make the coding agent supporting windows.

Acceptance Criteria

• The cli supports also windows
• Warnings for some features are shown when on windows - computer use, it's currently a macos / linux specific
• Documentation is adjusted (if applicable)
