Issue with orb example

Actually the orb example doesn't fully works as the jsfeatNext sample_orb.html. Wen need to find where is the bug. I will collect here all the infos for solving it.

First if you add this snippet in the orb() constructor

for (int i=0; i< 256*4; i++) {
    std::cout << "bit pattern 1 is: " << bit_pattern_31_[i] << std::endl;
    }

it will print all the numbers contained means that is correctly included.
