Error regarding GLIBC_VERSION on rocky 9

Trying to download and use the release binary from "https://github.com/microsoft/shell-use/releases/download/v0.0.1-beta.3/shell-use-x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu.tar.gz", on rocky 9, gives me:

/lib64/libc.so.6: version `GLIBC_2.39' not found
