Subject: [PATCH] W-23365932: Add Australia Cloud to API Visualizer feature
 table

Replicates India Cloud pattern from PR #109 for Australia Cloud.
Adds Australia Cloud column to the Hyperforce feature availability
table with Planned status for Architecture, Policies, and Troubleshooting.
