Admin: Review and merge incoming PRs (backup admin coverage)

Review and merge incoming PRs to `netwrix/docs` during periods when James Haytko is unavailable.

**Workflow:** Wait for all build workflows to pass → merge to `dev` → run sync dev to main action.
If sync keeps failing, check for recently merged broken links — that's the usual cause.
For PRs from forked repos: manually approve workflows to run before they execute.
