   Machine v3 (CndyV3LdqHUfDLmE5naZjVN8rBZz4tqhdefbAnjHG3JR) + Token Metadata to
   mint a FREE NFT.
4. Phantom shows "This dApp could be malicious / unable to simulate."

This is a normal free candy-machine mint — nothing dynamic or malicious.
