"Package" folder cleanup

I parsed through each .maxpat in the Package to see which .js files are not used as a dependency, here's a list of .js files that we might be able to remove

javascript/ll.live.check_envi_type.js
	- was used by live.ppooll, don't think it's used anymore ?
	
javascript/mcwaveform.js
	- replaced by ll_mcwaveform ?

javascript/get_plugs.js
	- was used by vst@, don't think it's used anymore ?

javascript/ll_osc_labels.js
	- KEEP: is used by control@
