Users are reporting slow page loading, delayed OTP verification, and occasional session timeout problems while trying to log in using their UAN credentials. In some cases, the login button becomes unresponsive on mobile devices.

Fast and responsive login page
OTP delivered quickly without delays
Smooth login process on both desktop and mobile
Stable session handling without unexpected logouts
Current Behavior
OTP verification sometimes takes too long
Login page performance decreases during high traffic
Mobile responsiveness issues on smaller screens
