My blocks - Added the ability to return values

Hello,
I wanted to propose here the possibility of extending the functionality of My blocks and bringing it closer to the usual function we have in programming. So adding the ability to return values, I think it could significantly simplify the structure of blocks in many situations.

This would genuinely be a great addition to Scratch and one that I am sure many Scratchers with more advanced programming skills or experience with "standard" programming functions in a language such as JavaScript or C have been wanting for years. With the addition of return values we would no longer have to use globals (which as a programmer in JavaScript I instinctively think of as painful) for return values, and it would bring Scratch custom blocks more in line functionality-wise with other block-code languages' functions, like how MakeCode do have full-featured functions with return values.
