Application does not upgrade

While testing upgrade from 1.6.3 to 1.6.4, we found that 1.6.3 does not get removed from the system. Both versions co-exists

Can you please suggest how to upgrade from lower version silently? Also is there parameter available to enable/disable below options to deploy application silently.

The Scribus packager confirmed that there is no way to update Scribus.

But you can uninstall silently previous versions of Scribus by adding the /S argument to the command line.

And then install the new version of Scribus.

(Being able to install (and use) multiple version of Scribus in parallel is considered a feature)

Concerning the other topic, I fear that it's probably not possible to enable or disable single options from the command line.

Sadly, it currently does not build and I could not find the place where it's deployed. But you are welcome to go through the Markdown files and if you find a way to do it, Scribus might start support it.
