Describe the bug

When adding more custom inference models , the model “chips” overflow horizontally and are not fully visible. The UI does not wrap or provide a clear way to scroll, making it difficult to see or edit models beyond the visible area.

To reproduce

1. Open Warp
2. Go to settings search custom inference
3. Add a provider with multiple models (e.g. NVIDIA)
4. Observe the horizontal list of model “chips” overflows beyond the available space

Expected behavior

• Model list should either:
  - Wrap to the next line, or
  - Provide a clear horizontal scroll indicator

Yes — the screenshot appears to show the same underlying model-chip overflow issue. The custom inference model chips are rendered as a single horizontal row without wrapping or an obvious scroll affordance, so adding more than about seven models can make later chips extend out of view.

This also matches the existing custom endpoint display report in #12189; the related #12632 is a separate but nearby custom-inference modal clipping/scroll issue.

Reasoning

Issue #12910 is already triaged and the explicit @oz-agent trigger asks a specific follow-up question, so response mode is appropriate and no label changes are included. Code inspection shows the settings custom endpoint list builds model labels in app/src/settings_view/ai_page.rs:8062-8082 and passes them to super::render_model_chips; the same helper is used by the remove endpoint confirmation dialog in app/src/settings_view/remove_custom_endpoint_confirmation_dialog.rs:105-117. The shared helper at app/src/settings_view/mod.rs:170-187 constructs Flex::row().with_spacing(8.) and adds each Chip with no wrapping or scroll container, matching both screenshots' horizontal overflow symptom. Dedupe scan enumerated all open non-PR issues via gh api --paginate (3,729 open issues excluding PRs). #12189 is an exact duplicate candidate: it reports that adding many models to a custom endpoint overflows the containing box on macOS. #12632 is related but less exact: it reports the add custom inference endpoint modal content/button being clipped with no scroll when adding multiple model rows, not the saved endpoint chip list itself.
