Updates the remix-gen2 example to require @remix-run/server-runtime^2.17.5 (was ^2.8.0 / lockfile 2.15.0), with matching package-lock.json changes.
The hoisted 2.17.5 build pulls in newer cookie (^0.7.2), @remix-run/router (1.23.3), and turbo-stream (2.4.1). Other Remix packages in the tree still resolve their own nested 2.15.0 copies of server-runtime until those deps are aligned.
