Retire the source-size ratchet and one-time Oxfmt review machinery after validating the migration itself. Keep current-tree CI, Web, package, and shard coverage, and prevent terminal control-option changes from recreating xterm.
Carry provisional sender perspectives through daemon, MCP, bridges, IM, search, and Web while enforcing strict peer preflight before side effects. Add post-message cognitive nudges, full contract and projection coverage, and keep recipient hover details interactive.
