Removes ammo from the world to force the player to craft their own.

Now only affects custom games where the option(s) were enabled and leaves any other saves unaffected.
Included options to remove rifle ammo, revolver ammo, neither, or both.
Added code to ensure all ammo gets removed, without removing any ammo the player crafted.
Made it a bit more efficient with less redundant code.
