Looks good, and solves the open issue with omega inclusive decays in genr8 causing an error.

The code solves an issue when generating particles with a width but no children (link to the Git Issue)
The new feature added allows the user to specify a range of X particle mass in which to generate events. Here are some examples of usage:
genr8 -AouputFile.out < inputFile.input -M500000 -Mmin1.0genr8 -AouputFile.out < inputFile.input -M500000 -Mmin1.0 -Mmax2.0genr8 -AouputFile.out < inputFile.input -M500000 -Mmax2.0
