Fix RunRemoveConsolidatorsRegressionAlgorithm test

Description

This test runs a backtest in parallel with others and they step on the shared static Log.LogHandler, so the regression log never gets written and the final copy throws FileNotFoundException. Marking it non parallelizable fixes it.
