Summary

Dogfoods Coordinator Mode v0.2 with a real 4-pane workflow.

What happened

  • Manager created two docs-only tasks.
  • Worker A updated README.md.
  • Worker B updated docs/install.md.
  • Reviewer checked diffs, reports, scope, forbidden files, and docs consistency.
  • Reviewer decision: PASS.
  • Manager finalized the run state under ignored .cewp/.

Changes

  • Clarifies the Coordinator Mode pane workflow in README.md.
  • Clarifies that Coordinator Mode creates per-run local runtime state in docs/install.md.

Learnings

  • Coordinator Mode v0.2 works as a manual protocol.
  • Separate worktrees prevented worker conflicts.
  • Worker report/event model worked.
  • Reviewer gate worked.
  • The flow is still manual, so v0.3 should focus on worktree, collect, and finalize helpers before process automation.

Safety

  • No CLI code changes.
  • No skill changes.
  • No package/version changes.
  • No npm publish.
  • .cewp/ runtime files remain ignored and are not part of this PR.
