This PR updates and improves the mod's Simplified Chinese translation (zh_cn.json) — all previously untranslated strings have been completed. It also adds a new Traditional Chinese translation (zh_tw.json) for Taiwanese players.
Also, just a quick note: I noticed a small typo in the English source file: The value for betterstats.gui.statsview.filter.hide_completed_goals is currently "Hide completed hoals", which I believe should be "goals"?
