Computer Science @ UC Berkeley · Building privacy-first AI for science
I'm a researcher and software engineer working at the intersection of machine learning and biology. I founded DNAnalyzer, a privacy-first AI genomics platform that hit GitHub #1 Trending and now has 4,342 users across 18 countries, and gave the only high school talk at GitHub's Git Merge 2025. My research on transformer-based epigenomics for ME/CFS and Long COVID was published in IEEE and presented at Stony Brook and Harvard Medical School.
Currently, I'm a payload software engineer at Husky Satellite Lab for a star positioning system and a returning TA for MIT Media Lab's graduate course How To Grow Almost Anything.
Always open to opportunities and thoughtful conversations.
