currently babylon is server from it's cdn, without any compression. This is a problem because babylon.js is 8,6MB Switching to using own babylonjs should mean it is now compressed.
reduced music file sizes by around 50% or so
accidentally linked the document site instead

I converted most of the sound files (left soundboard alone, that is already very small) and changed some script and html to make sure the opus files work.
Changed to using babylon-loader.js from project files, should make the side load faster
Changed to jsdeliver CDN for babylon js. This compresses the js, which should reduce page load times.

Also added "Warhammer 40,000 Mechanicus OST - Children of the Omnissiah[Extended]" to music files. It was just in the project files unused.
