Replaced the unsigned repair history with one GitHub-verified signed commit: 1f51f730433b3fd88b742834df543a1952f0b5a3.

The reviewed diff is unchanged:

  • adds the truthful Xquik OSINT entry and disclosure
  • removes the unresolvable Tweeview entry
  • corrects the Twitter Trending Archive name and HTTPS URL
  • repairs the malformed Lux Leaks description

Fresh validation passed: live Xquik and archive links, dead-domain DNS check, README integrity assertions, and git diff --check. The PR is clean and mergeable.
