Add Argos OSINT to Domain/IP investigation section

Adding Argos OSINT to the Domain/IP investigation section right after Domain Investigation Toolbox, since our /dominio view is a similar multi-source aggregator (WHOIS + DNS + subdomains in one panel).

Argos is a free Spanish-language OSINT platform with 26 client-side tools (no signup, PWA installable) covering:

• Domain / IP: WHOIS/RDAP, DoH DNS resolver, subdomain enumeration via crt.sh, unified /dominio dashboard, IP geolocation, IP reputation via Shodan InternetDB
• Security: pwned password check via HIBP k-anonymity, email header analyzer with SPF/DKIM/DMARC, JWT decoder, hash generator, password strength analyzer
• Content: EXIF analyzer, reverse image search aggregator, coordinates converter, Wayback lookup
• Social: username finder across 50+ platforms (13 live-verified via public APIs + 39 direct links), Instagram OSINT dossier
• Messaging: WhatsApp chat analyzer from exports, wa.me link + QR generator
• Utilities: universal QR generator+reader, base64 codec, URL tracking cleaner, timestamp converter

All processing in-browser — no backend, no data collection.

Small update to keep the description accurate: since opening the PR, Argos has grown from 26 tools to 31 tools + 7 step-by-step guides + 10 curated OSINT prompts for Claude/LLM.
