Adds a reproducible California Assisted Living Waiver facility dataset to the Health Care Data collection.\n\nThe package covers 1,224 facilities in 15 counties and includes facility-level CSV data, county aggregates, coordinates, licensed capacity, a CC BY 4.0 license, Frictionless metadata, and the script used to fetch the official California DHCS ArcGIS source.
