Based on the default config's presets, Renovate will:

• Start dependency updates only once this onboarding PR is merged
• Deliveroo org-inherited Renovate config. Redirects onboarding of new deliveroo repos to Deliveroo's own presets instead of the doordash preset (which the deliveroo installation token cannot fetch cross-org).
