The code radiator workflow currently creates draft PRs by default. This means each merge PR requires a manual "Ready for review" click before CI runs and automerge can proceed.
This adds
draft: falseto thecreate-pull-requestsafe-outputs configuration so PRs are created as ready immediately, allowing automerge to kick in without manual intervention.🤖 Pull request created by Copilot
