Upgrade datamodel

Official Autumn 2025

Official LEAF for Autumn 2025. Has been largely completed by adding several position fitters, a goodness of fit estimator, and direction/energy fitters.

Input PDF (to untar in the input repository) are also available below.

Official Spring 2023

-Basically same as the previous release, except from a bug which was corrected in the case of hybrid PMT config.
-The PMT directionality is not used by default, and not tuned.
