React test renderer version mismatch

react-test-renderer is bumped to ^19.2.7 while react and react-dom remain on ^18.0.0. React expects these packages to share the same major version; mixing 19.x test renderer with React 18 can break installs (peer dependency resolution) or cause runtime errors and unreliable results in Jest tests that use create.
