Replace the always-visible prompt composer with an explicit New Prompt action and a reusable side drawer for create/edit workflows. Wire prompt detail edits into the drawer, keep mutation errors visible inside the editor, and preserve existing admin PromptForm behavior with an opt-in cancel control. Add responsive drawer styling, localized CTA labels, and repair the prompt schema test fixture so validation checks cover the required title field.
